We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded niche employment law firm who are on the hunt for a Senior Employment Solicitor who has focussed on contentious matters. The Senior Employment Law Advisor / Solicitor will play a fundamental role in the successful delivery of their business objectives. Essentially the role will be to provide high quality, pragmatic and efficient litigation advice to SME, LME & Mid-Market clients. Your robust Litigation experience will enable you to provide a brilliant service in relation to your own portfolio of Employment Tribunal cases, including those for LME & Mid-Market clients, complex cases, and multi-party proceedings.
They are recruiting for a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive). To be eligible for this role you will ideally be a minimum of 8 years PQE as an employment law solicitor/adviser. Excellent technical and up to date knowledge of employment law is pivotal alongside strong commercial awareness, high standards of client care and evidence of high-level achievement with business objectives.
