Position Overview: As a Quality Assurance Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and usability of their software products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues, implement testing strategies, and contribute to the overall improvement of their product offerings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate software functionality Conduct manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure product quality Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues Document test results and communicate findings to relevant teams Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in software testing Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience) Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and techniques Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and collaboration abilities Benefits: Competitive salary up to £47,000 per annum 23 Days Holiday per year Statutory Holidays Hybrid Working Company Pension Scheme (up to 5% – matched by employee)
