We're seeking an experienced Interim Talent Attraction Specialist to enhance recruitment capability, stabilise workforce resourcing, and shape a strong Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
You'll lead direct sourcing activity, design targeted attraction campaigns, and build pipelines for hard-to-recruit roles. The role also involves optimising the candidate journey, providing recruitment insights, and piloting EVP approaches to inform a future permanent talent model.
About You:
Proven talent acquisition experience in public or not-for-profit sectors.
Skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and employer branding campaigns.
Strong analytical, stakeholder, and project management abilities.
Collaborative, inclusive, and adaptable in fast-paced settings.
