About You
* Experienced and passionate Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* At least two years of experience working within statutory social services, ideally in a local authority setting.
* In-depth knowledge of current legislation, policy, and best practice in social work.
* Confident decision‑making, delivering high‑quality outcomes, working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Positive, proactive, solution‑focused attitude.

* Manage a small caseload, organising and prioritising the workload effectively.

* Apply a strengths‑based approach to support people to live the best life they can and reduce dependence on long‑term care.
* Support the delivery and maintenance of high standards of performance across the service.
