What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London is seeking a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our night pharmacy services, with a competitive salary range. This is a Monday - Sunday role covering night shifts from 20:00 to 08:00, with 3-4 shifts per week.

What will your duties include?
* Support the development, validation, and maintenance of clinical and medicines-related guidelines and protocols.
* Supervise junior staff and assume responsibility for specialist clinical services when necessary.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe prescribing practices.
* Provide advice and counseling to patients to support medicines optimization.
* Assist in managing complaints and implementing corrective actions.
What we need from you?
* Master's degree in pharmacy or equivalent.
* Postgraduate clinical diploma in hospital pharmacy or equivalent experience.
* Full registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
* Experience working in a hospital setting, including project-related work.
* Proven competence in general clinical practice, including medicine and surgery.
