Job Title: Fabricator/Welder
Location: Scunthorpe
Contract Type: Full‑time, Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday - Thursday 10:00am - 8:00pm
Pay rate: 15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Carry out welding tasks to a high standard, following technical drawings and specifications
Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect and test welds to ensure quality and compliance
Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe working environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years’ experience as a MIG fabricator/welder
Steel industry background (essential)
Ability to read engineering drawings (essential)
Accurate use of measuring equipment (essential)
Overhead crane experience (desirable)
Forklift / side loader experience (desirable)
Strong written and spoken English skills
Excellent timekeeping, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
