Youll play a key part in delivering excellent service, building customer relationships and keeping operations running smoothly. No two days are the same in this varied and rewarding role. Monday- Friday with Alternate Saturday mornings. Service Planner Key Duties Service planning and scheduling Customer communication and booking coordination Compliance planning (MOTs, inspections, tachographs) Workshop administration and job card control Warranty and contract support Reception and customer service support Skills & Experience Experience in service planning, workshop administration or commercial vehicle maintenance. Knowledge of heavy commercial vehicle servicing and compliance requirements. Strong organisational and time management skills. Good customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment. Experience using workshop planning systems (such as Prompt) is desirable.
