We deliver powerful compliance solutions through engaging eLearning content and an award-winning management platform. With year-on-year growth of 50–80%, we are scaling rapidly and building a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, ambition, and excellence.


The Role

This is a high-impact, revenue-generating role focused on winning new business and driving growth as our first Business Development Manager.


Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting

• Book and attend sales appointments

• Manage the full sales cycle

• Deliver product demonstrations

• Handle inbound leads

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

• Maintain CRM accuracy


Career Progression

Join as the first BDM in a growing team of 7, with clear progression into Senior BDM, Team Leader, and Sales Manager roles as the business scales.


Training & Development

Structured onboarding with calls by week one, ongoing product and sales training, plus apprenticeship opportunities up to Level 5 Business Management. Internal promotions are typically considered after 18-24 months of services to ProCompliance.
