Administrator, ayrshire

Offer description

Based across Kilmarnock & Largs offices. 16 hours per week with a shift pattern of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to members of the service staff, coordinating day‑to‑day administration functions that are key to the success of the support services.

Working closely with the Regional Business Partner and Service Managers, the Administrator will support service administration requirements and logistical functions, including rota development, database administration and local organisational processes.


About You

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks to a high standard
* Self‑motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities
* Ability to work as part of a team to complete daily duties and respond to operational demand
* Microsoft Office skills in Excel & Word
* Willingness to travel around Ayrshire offices as required


Desirable

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams
* Previous administration experience
* Minute‑taking experience
