Your Role
* Change and Stakeholder Engagement – Drive transformative change initiatives with clear communication, leading workshops and training sessions. Deliver tailored change management strategies that turn resistance into commitment.
* Client Engagement & Advisory – Work with clients to deliver consultancy that sets and realises strategies for change, providing actionable recommendations and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders.
* Project Delivery – Take significant responsibility for client‑facing work from day one; lead work‑streams or projects and support senior colleagues in delivering specific project outputs.
* Analysis & Insights – Leverage reasoning skills to inform decision‑making; gather and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities and develop reports and presentations for clients.
* Improvements – Deliver solutions to improve efficiency, quality and customer experience, optimising clients’ resources, processes and assets and supporting change management initiatives.
About You
* Relevant experience within a management consultancy or comparable environments such as professional services or government involving delivery of transformative projects or advisory work.
* Degree or equivalent qualification.
* Having or willing to work towards the MCA’s Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).
* Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: Change management principles, Business cases using Green Book principles, Operating model design and implementation, Delivery of transformative change projects, Developing and communicating solutions to complex strategic problems.
* Strong emotional intelligence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage competing tasks under pressure.

This role may require security clearance. Offer of employment will depend on obtaining the relevant level of clearance.
