Job Purpose
We are seeking an exceptional operational leader to elevate our performance. Reporting to the Central Operations Director, you will lead a skilled team of shift-based professionals in our control centre and field operations, ensuring seamless 24/7 operation of treatment works, pumping stations, and regional networks. Collaboration with senior operational teams including Operational Directors, Technical Chiefs, and their leadership teams is essential.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations of the Integrated Control Centre (ICC), ensuring continuous 24/7 service across the North West.
* Manage and support a high-performing team of shift professionals both in the control centre and in the field.
* Collaborate with senior leaders to improve performance and service quality.
* Oversee the reliable operation of infrastructure and regional systems.
* Coordinate rapid response during incidents, deploying field teams and resources swiftly to maintain service standards.
