Your new role
As the Operations Administrator, you will join a busy team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
2. Producing spreadsheets, correspondence and reports using Microsoft Office
3. Updating and maintaining data within Business Central and SharePoint
4. Coordinating job information, schedules and operational paperwork
5. Handlingmunication with internal teams, clients and suppliers
6. Supporting invoicing, job tracking and reporting processes
7. Assisting with problem‑solving and day‑to‑day operational queries
8. Contributing to continuous improvement across administrative and operational workflows
This role requires a proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
10. Ability to learn new financial or operational systems ( Workpal)
11. Good organisational and multitasking skills
12. High levels of accuracy and initiative
13. Strongmunication and interpersonal skills
14. A reliable, hardworking attitude with amercial approach
15. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is beneficial but not essential
