Pay and Hours Day shifts: £16.25 per hour Sleeping night shifts: £12.65 per hour Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour Additional supplemental £10.80 per sleep shift Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers Your Role as a Relief Duty Manager As a Relief Duty Manager, you will: Support residents’ safety, wellbeing, and independence Respond to emergency calls during night shifts Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks Coordinate and support engaging social activities Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff Why Work with McCarthy Stone?
