This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, leading engagement teams and delivering high-quality audit services.Key Responsibilities
1. Lead audit engagements, ensuring quality andpliance
2. Manage client relationships, delivering exceptional service
3. Supervise teams to maintain high performance standards
4. Monitor audit progress, findings, and liaise with senior management
5. Support business development through networking and proposals
What You Need
6. Qualified Accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA or equivalent)
7. Significant audit experience within professional services
8. Strong knowledge of accounting/auditing standards (FRS 102 & IFRS)
9. Excellentmunication and leadership skills
10. Previous experience in staff management and motivation
