Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Lettings Associate based in one of our local offices in Camberley, Frimley, Lightwater, WestEnd Farnborough & Fleet. The role involves assisting clients with property sales and rentals, managing client relationships, and negotiating sales and Lets. Day-to-day tasks include property viewings, liaising between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. The associate will also be required to be pro active in calling potential buyers and tenants and introducing them to available properties.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Driven in sales with a focus on client relationships
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to learn property management tools, CRM systems, and other digital platforms
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel for property viewings
• Prior experience in property sales or lettings is not required
