This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Quantity Surveyor to take commercial lead on a £5m Phase 1 Refurbishment, forming part of a £25m luxury hotel redevelopment in Central London. You’ll gain hands-on responsibility, autonomy, and exposure to high-profile work — while being supported by a senior team with a proven track record in delivering complex, high-end schemes. You’ll enjoy a flexible working pattern — 1–2 days from home, with the rest split between our Central London office and live sites.
