We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Corporate Estates team based in Basingstoke.
Location: Basingstoke – site based
Hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am – 6pm

What will you be responsible for?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the Corporate Estates Administration Team, supporting them in delivering excellent service and efficient support across all facilities management operations.
Your day to day will include:
* Communicating effectively with internal and external customers to capture, record, and distribute service calls via the CAFM system.
* Raising, allocating, and completing work orders for both reactive and planned maintenance.
* Scheduling and monitoring jobs for engineers and subcontractors to ensure SLA compliance.
* Reviewing documentation for accuracy, including RAMS and compliance paperwork.
* Providing professional administrative support to Contract and Facilities Managers.

* You have strong communication and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* You are IT literate, confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word), and comfortable working with CAFM systems.
* You thrive in a busy, customer-focused environment and can prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
