A well-established Legal 500-ranked law firm with a strong reputation across the North West is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join its expanding Chester office.

The Role
You will join a busy and supportive Commercial Property team, working on a wide range of matters for developers, investors, landlords, and corporate occupiers.
Typical work includes:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Commercial leases (acting for both landlords and tenants)
* Property finance and secured lending
* Development projects and site acquisitions
You will benefit from hands-on experience, working closely with senior lawyers while developing your own caseload.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage your own files with appropriate supervision
* Assist on complex transactions and large-scale developments
* Draft and negotiate legal documents, including leases and contracts
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent service
* Support business development initiatives and networking
About You
* Newly Qualified Solicitor (or due to qualify shortly)
* Completed a training seat in Commercial Property / Real Estate
* Strong technical grounding and commercial awareness
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
