We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head In this role, you will: Responsibility for shaping, delivering & driving the IT governed and non-governed change agenda. Accountable to drive the outcome of the Liquidity Value Stream change agenda. Key engagements with Channels and core banking and other partner systems Strategic alignment of all initiatives & technology innovation through Chief Architects and IT functions across the bank e.g. Automation at Scale, Vision27 Speed of Work Pillar etc. To manage a large diverse team with accountability for on time and quality delivery of project, manage performance of team activities and drive continuous improvement of service quality. Ensure all activities performed within the team adhere to the relevant organization standards and controls. Work with the Product Owner, Solution & Platform Architects to identify changes required, create & agree necessary stories. Work with the Agile Lead to ensure efficient flow of the backlog of change activities. Accountable for ensuring products and services maintain compliance with mandatory and regulatory requirements and control objectives within the risk and controls framework. Responsible for ensuring group controls are maintained within the team activities and remediation activities are resolved swiftly. Accountable for the operational stability, integrity and availability of products and services supported by the team. Providing support, the solution architect to ensure that solutions and services are supported by the right architectures & systems Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Good banking experience as a IT project manager, preferably with knowledge of Liquidity and deposits. Have in-depth experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Possess functional knowledge of software development processes and procedures. Possess experience working Agile at scale. Possess experience leading large projects among functional teams and 3rd party vendors. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies, and procedures. Ability to collaborate in a team environment; seek regular feedback and contribute to team meetings. Demonstrates ability and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
