Job Duties and Responsibilities Process weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll for employees Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and tax withholdings Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data Ensure compliance with tax laws, pension contributions, and labor regulations Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and government agencies Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll queries Coordinate with HR regarding new hires, terminations, and salary changes Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits Skills and competencies needed Strong numerical and data-entry accuracy skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems Understanding of payroll legislation and tax requirements Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality Good communication and problem-solving skills. ???????
