Our welcoming secondary SEN school in Tameside is seeking a dedicated teacher to join our team and provide high-quality education and support to pupils working at P Levels. You'll be teaching small classes of 8-10 pupils, ensuring each learner receives the individual attention and guidance they need to thrive-both academically and personally. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils working at P Levels. Create a nurturing, engaging classroom where every learner feels safe, supported, and valued. Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each child. Monitor and assess progress in line with each pupil's individual learning plan (ILP) or EHCP. Foster independence, communication, and confidence through personalised learning experiences.
