Location: The Mumbles, Swansea
Salary: In the region of 25,000 + Commission | OTE Year 1: £40,000

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
Confident, articulate communicator- especially on the phone (this is a phone-based role)
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Positive, hardworking attitude with a willingness to learn
Degree-level education or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
Screening and shortlisting candidates
Writing job adverts to attract top talent
Supporting fee negotiations (with training)
Assisting candidates through every step of the recruitment process
Daily communication with clients to build strong relationships
Working towards individual and team targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
