This could be the perfect opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie looking to utilize their skills within an exciting venue working on outstanding events.
The Role:
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be a vital part of the team working closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and assisting with the day-to-day operation and running the kitchen team ensuring the delivery of and quality food is at a high standard. You will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads.
Skills and experience:
1. Experience as a Pastry Cheffrom a restaurant, hotel or venue background.
2. Works well within a pressured environment
3. Willing to learn new and develop new skills
4. Good eye for detail and presentation
5. Passion for food
