Founded in February 2025 and headquartered in Covent Garden, London, we closed over €8 million in deals through the platform in Q1 2026. We have been represented at MIPIM Cannes 2026, leading international investment migration conferences - building the infrastructure the HNW referral market has always needed and we are growing fast.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Strategist at MezAgent. WORK FROM ANYWHERE / GLOBAL REMOTE. You will own our entire social media presence - strategy, content creation, account management, and growth - across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. This is not a scheduling and posting role. You will think strategically about how MezAgent and its founders show up online, build content systems that scale, and manage multiple professional profiles simultaneously with distinct voices and audiences.

The ideal candidate has worked in a social media or LinkedIn content agency where managing multiple client accounts, writing in different professional voices, and delivering measurable growth were part of the daily job. You understand the LinkedIn algorithm deeply, know what makes content perform in a professional B2B context, and have a genuine feel for the HNW professional services market.


What You Will Do

— Own and execute MezAgent's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook;

— Manage and grow multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously including founder personal brands, employee profiles, and the MezAgent company page;

— Create original content in different professional voices - long-form posts, carousels, short video scripts, and visual assets — Develop and maintain a structured content calendar across all accounts and platforms;

— Monitor performance analytics - engagement rates, follower growth, reach and adjust strategy based on data;

— Stay ahead of LinkedIn algorithm changes, new features, and content format trends;

— Collaborate with the founders on personal brand strategy and content direction;

— Identify and research creator partnership opportunities — potential collaborators for mutual ad exchange and co-promotion;

— Support PR and blog content distribution across social channels ;

— Brief and coordinate with designers or video editors where visual assets are required


What We Are Looking For

— Minimum 2 to 4+ years of social media management experience;

— experience at a LinkedIn content agency or social media agency is strongly preferred and will be prioritised over all other backgrounds;

— Proven experience managing 10 to 20 professional LinkedIn accounts simultaneously with distinct voices and audiences;

— Deep understanding of the LinkedIn algorithm — content formats, posting timing, engagement mechanics, hashtag strategy, and amplification ;

— Strong writing ability - you can write in different professional voices without losing authenticity for each individual account;

— Strategic thinker - you build content systems and frameworks that scale, not just post content on a schedule;

— Understanding of the HNW professional services market - real estate, investment migration, wealth management, or legal advisory experience is a significant advantage;

— Proficiency in social media scheduling tools — Publer, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar;

— Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics tools - Taplio, Shield, or similar performance tracking platforms; — Self-directed and organised - you manage multiple deadlines across multiple accounts without dropping anything;

— Excellent English - additional languages a strong advantage;

— Experience with Company and Founders brand building is highly valued;

— Basic understanding of SEO and content distribution - Medium, Substack, and blog republishing;

— Portfolio or demonstrable track record of LinkedIn account growth - engagement rate improvements, follower growth, or content performance data from previous accounts managed
