Siamo Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer focused individuals to support within a busy Contact Centre in the County of Denbighshire.
The roles available are a mixture of temporary and temporary to permanent.
Details
* £12.21 per hour (for the first 12 weeks)
* Full time hours
* Monday - Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
* Resolve customer inquiries, issues, or complaints in a timely manner
* Accurately log and update customer information in the system
* Work collaboratively with team members and other departments
The ideal candidate
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability
* Good computer literacy and data entry skills
* Ability to stay calm under pressure and multitask
