Key Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient and timely high quality removals services.
* Lead and motivate removals operational and office staff, ensuring excellence of service and the profitable operation of the business.
* Coordinate commercial and household goods moves, both domestic and international.
* Manage budgets, P&L, and cost control to drive profitability.
* Maintain compliance with health & safety and removals industry regulations.
* Develop and maintain strong existing removals client relationships through excellent customer service.
* Seek out ways to maintain and improve the business in an ever changing business landscape.
* Manage the sales team to deliver profitable revenue and develop new removals opportunities.
* Schedule and dispatch the removals crews, vehicles, and resources efficiently.
* Conduct performance reviews and provide training to removals team members.
* Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional, fair and timely manner.
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the removals or relocation industry.
* Strong knowledge of both commercial and domestic removals operations.
* Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost controls.
* Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills.
* Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
