Our electronics client is looking for a buyer to join their Southampton team.
The role will involve the following duties:
* Maintain the flow of materials to support the organisations production schedules.
* Procure materials economically at a cost consistent with the quality and service required.
* Prepare project costings where required.
* Identify, report and eliminate risks to continuity of supply.
The ideal candidate will have a buying / purchasing background ideally with experience in the electronics sector and must have excellent communication skills.
Hours:
07:30am - 16:30pm (M-T)
07:30am - 13:00pm (F)
Salary:
£30,000p/a - £35,000p/a
