Job Title: Administrator Location: Wrexham Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour Hours: 4 on / 4 off 06:00 to 18:00 Contract Type: Temp to Perm Start Date: ASAP About the Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Administrator to join their busy and fast-paced operation in Wrexham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team with long-term potential for the right candidate. The role plays a key part in ensuring accurate stock control, supporting operational efficiency, and maintaining high data integrity within a warehouse and logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately update warehouse management systems (WMS) with stock receipts, movements, and discrepancies Work to a right first time, every time standard Report any issues to the Team Leader in a timely manner Follow all instructions and procedures issued by management Operate company systems and equipment safely, in line with policies and procedures Participate in shift briefings, review performance KPIs, and raise any concerns with the team Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, company policies, and contract requirements? Key Requirements SAP experience is essential Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of attention to detail Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and line managers Experience & Skills Strong organisational and time management skills Good numerical and analytical ability Experience working in a similar administrative or warehouse support role Understanding of Health & Safety responsibilities Knowledge of WMS systems is an advantage Must be 18 and have the Right to Work in the UK Whats on Offer Competitive hourly pay: £13.41 Temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (06:0018:00) Company pension Uniform provided Supportive and professional working environment ADZN1_UKTJ
