The role of an audit assistant is pivotal to ensuring our audit process is delivered in a timely and effective way. As an Audit Assistant, you will be part of our Risk and Compliance team which is fundamental to the ongoing success of the firm. What we’re looking for: As Audit Assistant, you will be responsible for: Undertaking file audits across all departments in line with the firm’s audit plan. Updating and maintenance of audit documents. Further development of the Firm's file audit processes. Documenting foreign payments and liaising with Risk & Compliance Officers in line with audit requirements. Assisting the Risk & Compliance department with other general administrative duties as and when required. To be successful in the role, you will have exceptional attention to detail whilst being able to communicate with colleagues across the firm at all levels, building strong relationships as you go. You will have an analytical approach with a logical mindset. You will be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
