Are you a dynamic marketing professional ready to make an impact? We're seeking an experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to join a vibrant and fast-paced team in Newbury. If you excel at planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns, this role is an excellent fit for you.
Responsibilities
* Plan & Deliver: Create integrated marketing campaigns aligned with client goals. Coordinate timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects running smoothly.
* Manage Stakeholders & Teams: Work with internal teams—including design, digital, and content—plus external partners and suppliers. Brief teams clearly and support the delivery of high-quality creative assets.
* Content Creation: Develop and brief engaging marketing content for digital, email, print, and social media channels.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign activity and produce insightful reports that demonstrate clear ROI. Analyse results and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
What We\'re Looking For
* A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience.
* Proven experience managing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns (agency experience preferred).
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and go-to-market strategies.
* Confidence in reviewing and analysing campaign performance data.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and updates clearly.
* Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, campaign reporting platforms, and paid media channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta).
