The Role: Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic commercial team based in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of projects from inception to final account. Prepare and review cost plans, valuations, and financial reports. Oversee subcontract procurement and manage contract administration. Identify and manage risks, variations, and opportunities for value engineering. Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within refurbishment or commercial contracting projects. Experience working with Retrofit schemes is highly desirable but not essential. Excellent contractual knowledge. Strong attention to detail. A proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
