We have an exciting opportunity for Bid Coordinator based in the Nottingham office - this role comes with 2-3 days a week working from home.
Nottingham – hybrid with two days a week working from home once training complete.
Managing virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.
Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the commodity bid, ensuring all products/services are included in the final price to the customer.
Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.
Construction of any written elements - both in terms of content and presentation.
We are looking for a Graduate with either an English or Business Studies degree or Masters. This role would also suit someone who is commercially minded, flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously whilst working to deadlines.
