What you'll be doing
* Work closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to gather requirements for procurement of furniture, equipment, services, and non-medical supplies, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and healthcare governance standards
Facilitate strategic sourcing initiatives and support end-to-end procurement processes to ensure fair, transparent, and value-driven outcomes
* Support vendor evaluation processes and assist evaluation committees in assessing proposals for goods and services
* Partner stakeholders to drive contract management and timely renewals to ensure continuity of essential supplies and services supporting patient care and hospital operations
* Contribute to value creation through supplier negotiation, product standardisation, and innovative sourcing approaches in collaboration with procurement leadership
* Support programme office functions including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, record keeping, and development of presentation materials for management and governance discussions
* Provide administrative and coordination support for digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI and digital tools to enable a more efficient and digital-first healthcare environment
* Assist in special projects, prepare management papers, and ensure proper documentation and records to support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements
What we're looking for
* Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Procurement or related discipline
* 3 - 7 years of working experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management, preferably in healthcare or public sector environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage clinical and operational users
* Good analytical, documentation, and organisational skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with strong attention to governance and compliance
