Wilton Carpets is seeking an experienced and driven Southern Area Sales Manager to develop and grow our presence across South London, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.
This role focuses on building strong relationships within the specification, contractor and end user markets, with a particular emphasis on the leisure and hospitality sector, while also identifying opportunities across wider commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, nurture and manage relationships with architects, interior designers, specifiers, contractors and end users
* Drive specification and sales of Wilton Carpets across the region
* Identify and secure new project opportunities within the contract market
* Maintain and grow existing client accounts
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in B2B sales within the contract or commercial interiors market
* Experience within flooring or interior finishes would be advantageous
* An established network within the specification and contractor community is desirableHighly self-motivated with strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident managing a large territory and proactively developing new business opportunities
