Primary Teacher - Year 4
* Location: Rugby, CV22
* Salary: £32,916 - £51,047 per annum (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience)
* Start Date: September 2026
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
* Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
We are working in partnership with a welcoming, community-focused primary school in Rugby, Warwickshire, seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September 2026.

Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 pupils
* Assess progress and maintain accurate records
* Build a positive learning environment with clear expectations
* Work closely with a classroom teaching assistant
* Communicate regularly with families and lead parent meetings
* Adapt planning to support diverse and SEN needs

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Confident KS2 teacher, ideally with Year 4 experience
