Key duties
1. To run the department on a day to day basis, coordinating the team, maintain highest standards of guest service, and cash, stock control and security operations.
2. Responsibility of opening and closing the area daily.
3. Ensure that any pre-opening checks have been completed and signed off in line with Company Policy and procedures.
4. Ensure that all areas are operated to the required standard following company standard operating procedures.
5. To maintain excellent housekeeping standards
6. To provide accurate and informative product knowledge including the features and benefits of the food and beverage offering
7. To process transactions through the till in a professional manner and support in the opening and closing of tills as required
8. To act as a mentor to team members, encouraging and motivating individuals to ensure customer service and standards are being delivered
9. Create an environment where your colleagues can do their best work
10. Delegate tasks and solve problems swiftly
11. Lead your area in the absence of the Assistant Managers, taking responsibility for day-to-day operations
12. To offer every guest an exceptional guest service experience sharing relevant product knowledge and answering guest queries in a positive friendly manner
13. To actively promote and ensure best practice instilled in team across key security and financial operational procedures; opening, closing, tills and cash handling
14. To perform any discounting through tills for the team
15. To Actively sell current product offering in a professional and friendly manner.
About you
16. You will act as a brand ambassador for Longleat ensuring that all work adheres to our brand guidelines/proposition and aligns with our vision of a Picture-Perfect site whilst performing the function required.
17. Be flexible and willing to go the extra mile to support others, including being part of an on-call rota.
18. Have a guest-focused approach, always ensuring work is completed to the highest standard.
19. Be feedback positive and able to learn to improve.
20. Be data oriented to analyse key events and campaign successes.

Your contract
You will be on a permanent full-time contract, with working hours to cover Monday to Sunday, working an average of 24 hours per week.
