Your Role:
* Lead and manage the home to ensure high-quality care and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
* Support children with complex needs, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
* Develop care plans that promote well-being, independence, and positive outcomes.
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of residential support workers.
* Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and risk management.
* Build strong relationships with local authorities, social workers, and external agencies.
