💷 Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
📅 Start Date: Between now and March
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday (Full-Time)
📄 Contract: Temporary to Permanent (3-month probation period)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work in the Redditch area. This role requires candidates to hold valid PA1 and PA6 spraying licences.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and experienced operative looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Grass cutting and lawn maintenance
Strimming and hedge cutting
Weed control and chemical spraying (PA1 & PA6)
Leaf blowing and site clearance
Maintenance of flower beds and landscaped areas
Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard
Requirements:
Valid PA1 & PA6 spraying licences (essential)
Previous grounds maintenance experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good attention to detail
Full UK driving licence preferred
This role offers a temporary to permanent opportunity following a successful probation period.
