About the School This specialist setting supports students aged 11–16 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Staff work closely together to ensure consistency, build positive relationships, and provide the stability pupils need to succeed. The Role This is a highly active, hands-on role suited to an individual who is confident taking initiative and responding effectively to challenges. You will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them to regulate behaviour, stay engaged in learning, and develop positive routines. No two days are the same, so adaptability, resilience, and a calm, professional attitude are essential.
