KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Handle administrative tasks related to customer service. * Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing clear and timely information. * Maintain and update customer information in the company database. * Liaise with internal departments to manage orders, returns, and resolve any issues.
