Job Title: Group FP&A Manager
Location: Hampshire (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
The Opportunity

With continued growth and investment, the business is now looking to appoint a talented Group FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting senior leadership decision-making.

The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will lead group-wide financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting. You’ll act as a key business partner across multiple divisions, driving insight and supporting strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
* Delivering high-quality financial analysis and actionable insights to senior stakeholders
* Partnering with commercial and operational teams to drive performance
* Enhancing FP&A processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
* Supporting strategic projects, including investment appraisal and business cases
* Managing and developing a small, high-performing team
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong Group FP&A experience within a large or complex organisation
* Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
* Advanced analytical skills with a commercial mindset
* Experience managing or mentoring team members
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
