HR & Payroll Systems Coordinator
Hybrid Working - Based in Surrey
Between £31,720 - £34,000 per annum. Pro rata part time staff. Rate dependent on experience.
Part time – 25 hours per week. Ideally 5 hours a day Monday to Friday / 6-month fixed term contract

We are implementing a new HR and Payroll system and have chosen Cezanne. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance and smooth operation of HR data and Payroll processes.
As it is a new to us system the design and implementation of the system will also be a large part of the role.
The main duties of the role will be:
* To support with the installation & development of the HR system
* To support with the integration, installation, and development of the Payroll system.
* To monitor the progress of the implementation against deadlines.
Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience (Desired):
* Knowledge of Cezanne HR system
* Excellent attention to detail and data organization
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
