Legal Fee Earner – Clinical Negligence
Location: Coventry (Hybrid: 1–2 days WFH)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 pa (DoE)
Job Type: Permanent • Hours: 36 per week – 9:00 am to 5:15 pm – Monday to Friday – 1 hr lunch (1.25 hrs on a Wednesday)
Responsibilities
You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including:
* Birth & spinal injury
* Gynaecological negligence
* Cancer claims
* Eye injury claims
* Vascular and cardiac claims
* Fatal claims and inquests
Qualifications & Skills
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical negligence or personal injury law
* Strong understanding of pre- and post-litigation processes
* Ability to work autonomously on a caseload
* A proven track record of meeting fee earning targets
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Experience as a Legal Executive, Solicitor, or experienced Paralegal will all be considered
