Your Key Responsibilities
* Set up and operate at least one manually controlled process;
* Perform troubleshooting and resolve production/process issues to meet standards;
* Ensure quality and quantity of work, monitor production, and perform routine maintenance;
* Conduct visual inspections for surface finish quality;
* Record data accurately in routers, IMS, and other tracking systems;
* Inspect own work and train other operators as needed;
* Assist with machine setup for other departments when required;
* Read and interpret production prints;
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and 5S standards;
* Meet skill requirements and maintain certification through the company's Operator Program.
Your Qualifications
* Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
