What Our Trade Branch Supervisors Do
* Lead by example, working closely with the Branch Manager in daily operations
* Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers
* Ensure customer service, operational standards, and sales targets are met
* Support sales delivery and develop positive customer relationships
* Assist with branch operations and support colleagues
* Help ensure team completes actions on time and fully
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, policies, and procedures
* Undertake stocktakes and audits
* Maintain vehicle maintenance records
* Maintain branch housekeeping and front-of-house standards
What We Need From Our Trade Branch Supervisors
* Passion and energy for delivering excellent customer service and achieving targets
* Customer-focused, confident, and proactive in engaging with customers
* Commercial mindset to drive sales and margins
* Good organizational skills and initiative
* Confident IT skills, including MS Office and industry software like SAP
* Full valid driving license; FLT license is a plus
* Ability to cover for the Branch Manager when needed
* Experience in stocktaking, retail, builders merchant, glazing, or uPVC sectors is advantageous
* Comfortable working independently and in small teams
