Senior Electrical Estimator. Innotech Partners are proud to be supporting a long-established and ambitious Electrical & Renewables contractor as they look to appoint an experienced Senior Electrical Estimator to join their successful and growing team.
The Opportunity
Salary: 52,500 per annum
Car Allowance: Provided
Benefits: 30 days holiday (including Bank Holidays), excellent pension scheme, long service benefits, and clear career progression routes
Working Hours: 07:30-16:30 or 08:00-17:00, Monday to Friday

Role Overview
This is a key commercial leadership role responsible for pricing, tendering, and supporting the operational delivery of a wide range of electrical projects — typically valued between 10,000 and 500,000. You\'ll work across multiple sectors, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, residential, and commercial, within a 100-mile radius of the office.
The role offers great scope for ownership, autonomy, and genuine impact in a business achieving 20-30% year-on-year growth.

Who We're Looking For
* Experienced Electrical Estimator with at least 5 years' estimating experience
* Previous hands-on background as an electrician preferred - essential for understanding installation practicalities
* Strong experience with both pre-designed and design & build opportunities
* Commercially astute with solid contractual knowledge (JCT & NEC)
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
* IT proficient with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* A collaborative team player, highly adaptable, and driven to deliver high-quality work
