The role — what you’ll do
* Act as a key member of the management team, taking full responsibility as a Duty Manager to oversee restaurant service and ensure smooth operations across all areas.
* Lead and inspire the restaurant team on the floor, driving exceptional guest experiences, service standards and team coordination.
* Take ownership of the restaurant operation, ensuring consistency in service, guest journey and attention to detail.
* Support and develop the front-of-house team through training, coaching and daily briefings.
* Work closely with the Reservations and Guest Experience teams to optimise table management, guest flow and VIP service.
* Uphold all health and safety, compliance, allergen and licensing standards.
* Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager to deliver Nōshi’s vision, ensuring the restaurant operates smoothly day-to-day and continues to evolve long-term.
What you bring
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or similar leadership role in a high-end, high-volume hospitality environment.
* A track record of driving and maintaining exceptional service standards.
* Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and manage a team in a premium setting.
* Experience as a Duty Manager with confidence in running full restaurant service.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think commercially and strategically.
* A calm, confident and professional presence on the floor, even during the busiest services.
* A genuine passion for luxury hospitality, guest experience and creating memorable moments.
