Parts Telesales Executive - Heathrow Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Telesales Executive to join their busy and dynamic parts department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to develop their automotive parts sales career whilst delivering exceptional customer service. The successful Parts Sales Executive will benefit from a supportive team environment, competitive salary, and excellent company perks. Key Benefits: £34,000 salary with OTE potential Competitive holiday entitlement including 23 days holiday plus birthday off and bank holidays. Basic working hours Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm / 8.30am - 5.30pm One Saturday in four, 8am - 12pm Opportunity to work within a well-established commercial vehicle dealership Supportive and collaborative team environmentDuties of the Parts Telesales Executive: Proactively making outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote parts sales Identifying customer requirements and advising on suitable parts solutions Managing orders, booking, and tracking incoming and outgoing parts Sourcing parts out of stock and proposing appropriate alternatives Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing Preparing and dispatching quotations to maximise sales opportunities Collaborating effectively with parts and aftersales teams Maintaining detailed records on internal systems such as Autoline or Kerridge Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service Achieving individual and team sales targets consistentlyRequirements: Proven experience in automotive parts sales, telesales, or a similar customer-facing sales position. Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confident, professional telephone manner Driven and proactive with a focus on achieving targets Well-organised with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Good IT skills, including use of dealership management systems such as Keyloop/Kerridge or similar Ability to think creatively when sourcing parts and solving issues Previous experience working within a commercial vehicle dealership environment would be advantageousIf you are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess the relevant experience for this position, this is an ideal opportunity to enhance your career as a Parts Telesales Executive.
