SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a child who has Autism (mild), social and emotional difficulties, and Epilepsy.
We are specifically looking for a candidate who has training and experience in managing Epilepsy and administering first-aid for Epilepsy/seizures.
As a teaching assistant, you will:
* Work on a 1:1 basis with a child with Autism and social and emotional difficulties
* Provide medical assistance if the child was to have an Epileptic seizure
* Provide dedicated support in class, helping students access learning materials
* Help pupils stay focused and engaged during lesson
* Support the use of learning aids and technology
* Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO
* Report concerns about pupil behaviour, learning, or safety
