We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex SaaS implementations and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, and customer teams.
🛠 Responsibilities 🛠
* Lead cross-functional program teams to deliver high-quality customer implementations on time
* Own and manage detailed project plans, proactively communicating status, risks, and dependencies
* Define and track key metrics, quality standards, and performance indicators
* Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer teams across technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-launch phases
* Identify and drive process improvements, including automation opportunities that reduce manual effort
* Surface product enhancement opportunities and partner with Product & Engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions
* Operate as a strategic bridge between technical teams and customer stakeholders
🎯 Qualifications 🎯
* B.S. in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
* 6+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management
🧩 Required Skills 🧩
* Proven experience owning SaaS implementations or technical delivery for B2B customers
* Strong discovery skills — gathering requirements, defining scope, and translating user needs into actionable plans
* Exceptional project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
* Ability to operate autonomously and influence across multiple teams
* Strong communication skills with experience defining and improving processes
* Analytical and problem-solving experience with complex systems
* Working knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
